HUGO – MENSTONIA MAKARDO

HUGO – MENSTONIA MAKARDO
21/10/2001 – 29/12/2017

Paul and Alison Leng wish to share the sad loss of their beloved ‘Hugo’.
After a brief show career, including a TV interview with the eminent Frank Kane at Crufts in 2003, he settled for being a ‘pet’ befriending all who met him.

Hugo went off to Crufts for 14 of his 16 wonderful years to man the Discover Dogs stand on behalf of the WSSC, along with Paul, Alison and his breeder Christine Knowles. He was a great ambassador for the breed wherever he went and a ‘gentleman’, to the end – a true and proper ‘Welshie’.

Hugo has left an enormous gap in the ‘Leng’ household and will be sadly missed by all, especially his partner in crime – Holly (Stedigan Forget the Cost to Menstonia – aka Havoc) – who has ‘mothered’ him for the last eight years. However, he had a wonderful life and we are left with many happy memories.
